Lara Lee is an Australian Indonesian chef and food writer based in London. Her debut cookbook Coconut & Sambal: Recipes from my Indonesian Kitchen will be published by Bloomsbury in May 2020. Lara is the co-founder of Kiwi & Roo, a supper club, street food and catering company who have catered for the Royal Family, the Natural History Museum, the Royal Academy of Arts and both the Australian and New Zealand High Commissions.
